Last week, I got together with some of my girlfriends for an evening of pink cocktails, tasty treats, and Valentine crafting. My friend Emilie is a mail-sending fiend (she’s got a whole blog dedicated to it), so I jumped at the opportunity to learn from the master while making some cute cards for my friends and family.
While at the event, Emilie mentioned a challenge she’s planning to participate in starting February 1: LetterMo – A month of letters. Here’s the deal. By signing on, you agree to try to write and send one letter every mail day during the month of February. That’s 23 pieces of post. You can read all about the rules and history of the challenge on the web site.
In light of my recent resolution to send more post, I jumped at the opportunity! I’ll be writing and sending one piece of mail each day in February (and Instagramming it!) and I’ll have a wrap-up here on March 1.

I’ve already created a slew of Valentine’s, so now I just need to write and mail each one, but I’m at a loss for what to write and send during the latter half of the month. My mom and sister might just end up with tons of cute pug pictures in their mailboxes. Other people love pugs as much as I do, right? Right?

I know for a fact your sister and niece (maybe even nephew although he will never respond back) would love, love, love pug pictures and post. Just sayin’.
You’re definitely going to be on the receiving end of quite a few of mine!
Yay! I’m going to send you a CD and Jason probably a funny non-Valentine. I have some great stuff from work I’m going to make into cards.
Awesome! I am sure he will love it. Although he doesn’t respond to mail, he enjoys getting it.
I like mine
